The defense is going to destroy this guy.
he drew his gun and chased a guy who was retreating to the police.
He can’t claim self defense as the aggressor, which he clearly was in that interaction.
He should be in handcuffs.

Gaige Grosskreutz testified that he held out his hands in surrender and Rittenhouse "reracked" his weapon.
Both of Kyle's hands are clearly visible as lefty raises his hands, and are nowhere near the charging handle of his rifle.
Grosskreutz was clearly pretending to surrender to get Rittenhouse to lower his weapon so that he could get a shot off.

He thought he'd be a leftist mob hero. He'd disarm rittenhouse and then join in with the mob and try to beat rittenhouse to death.
Then when rittenhouse died or suffered brain damage, they'd just smugly claim that rittenhouse threatened to kill them and that rittenhouse said the n word a lot.

Kyle did EVERYTHING 100% correct in that situation even going above and beyond what was required.
1. presence of mind after being whacked twice on the head with a skateboard to only point his weapon at dude that was on top of him and not fire and allow him to raise his hands and back off.
2. only fired when dude came back at him with a pistol
3. shot guy in arm (fantastic shot in that situation) holding the weapon to remove the threat
4. didn't finish him off but turned around and kept heading toward police.
