Thanks! I was waiting for that to make the rounds. I couldn't see it at the time because the TV on the live feed blocked the view.
For those wondering, that's approximately how Rosenbaum was situated against Kyle as Kyle was shooting at him.
Someone earlier testified Rosenbaum was 10 feet away and the DA tried to portray Rosenbaum as being "an intermediate distance" from Kyle.
If that's "intermediate distance" I'm a fricking sharpshooter.

but Bugs Bunny told me that doing that could cause backfire and the barrel to banana

And.. it’s the same reason that when I was a teen we had Chinese stars, brass knuckles, nun chucks, etc.. We never intended to use them but felt safer with them in our repertoire. Stut is a girly boy.

Hate to break it to you, but there's a shite load of 18 year olds that wear body armor every day to protect this country. I own body armor, lots of it in fact. I'm 34. Does my age matter?
Ok let me be a little more clear: why would a 17 year old not in service want body armor. Don’t think body armor would be on the top of most 17 year olds want list. Not accusing the kid of shite just thought it was odd a kid would want that as opposed to spending his on typical teenage shite.
Good lord some of your frickers are little defensive over a simple question. Bunch of snowflakes.

He should not have had to perjure himself and not sure why he did.

Why would anyone want body armor? to protect yourself and your family when shite hits the fan.

Grandma on the stand is in the picture with Sal and Nick Smith, meaning her testimony is meant to support Nick's and the overall stance that Kyle was there because he was invited/asked to be there to protect the business (or at least that the owner knew he was there and did not disapprove).

Per the medical examiners testimony that there was SOOT on rapists hand. You only get soot within 3 inches.

1. People like buying military stuff
2. As I said earlier, it's harmless insurance
I don't own any, but to me it's not any different than people buying 4 wheel drives and hanging winches and shackles off them when they never need either. For some it's image, for others it's just being prepared for the unexpected.

So, I was driving my 86 year old mom to a doctor's appointment so have missed a bit. Did the prosecution rest? Is she a defense witness?
If defense I'm guessing a directed verdict was rejected?
