Exactly. Never interrupt your enemy while he's making a mistake sorta deal. Plus, there's another fine line there with objecting when it comes to jury trials....objecting just to object is frowned upon, because it can come across to the jury that you're trying to conceal something. Now of course if it demands an objection, by all means. But if it's on an issue that ultimately has no bearing one way or another, regardless whether the judge were to sustain or overrule, then the general thought is to let it go. Young Kyle was/is clearly holding his own and didn't/doesn't need a bunch of "protection" by his counsel.
