Be that as it may — and no matter your opinion of Thomas Massie — one of the most surreal and ironic post-binder developments in the L’affaire Epstein is watching Trump loyalists argue that the lack of transparency on the Epstein Files is a liability for Massie.
It’s a genuinely impressive feat of narrative inversion: a scandal defined by elite protection is suddenly weaponized against someone who is not in the photos.

I've never considered the Liberty Score to be hallowed like you guys. Now that I know Levin runs it, my opinion of those who use it as a crutch is even lower.

The people here who support Massie only do it because it’s against Trump. I agree I couldn’t give two fricks about a liberty score in regards to the US Congress that is a complete shite show. Massie has said before nobody likes him and he doesn’t caucus with anyone. That’s because he’s a 3rd party libertarian whose biggest accomplishment is co sponsoring Ro Kannas Bill on Epstein. Pretty pathetic.

Federal Law now states that no one can use them. Yet those federally mandated to release the information continue to ignore federal law.

Massie is a classic RINO. It does take a very low IQ individual to no see through Massie's alliance with Democrats. He only stands with them on every critical position and does so publicly.

From the Republican Liberty Center, addressing the last session of Congress under Biden:
"This year only one Representative earned a perfect score: Congressman Thomas Massie. Congressmen Andy Biggs and Eli Crane also earned exceptional scores, at a nearly perfect 97. Other top scorers included Andrew Ogles (95), Anna Paulina Luna (94), Alex Mooney (94), Matt Gaetz (92), Bob Good (92), Paul Goasr (92), Scott Perry (92) Matt Rosendale (92), and Dan Bishop (91)."
The other names in bold are people that Trump ran off and out of Congress during his tantrums, replaced by people less conservative, which will also happen with MTG's seat and Massie's seat if Miriam Adelson can pay enough money to get him out of office.
Massie has consistently opposed gov mass surveillance. He's been the one leading the charge against the 'kill switch' mandate from the Biden Infrastructure bill that turns cars into surveillance devices. Trump is absent on these issues or maintained the Democrat / uni-party position.

His lifetime CPAC rating is 93%. His Freedom Index rating is 99%. Even his Heritage Foundation rating is 83%. This isn't one rating. He is objectively the most conservative member of Congress.
