She was compliant until she wasn't. She was compliant until she was approaching an officer with deadly force.
The officers didn't shoot her while she was complying. They didn't shoot her until she posed a threat.
Let that be a lesson.

Being compliant would have been to move out of the way and not block traffic. She was given the lawful order to move. She did not. Therefore, not compliant.

It's all unfortunate.
ICE officials can easily implement a mandatory radius restriction of 50' to carry out their procedures. Anyone crossing the line gets cuffed. Place a spike-strips in roadways to keep vehicles outside the radius. After this incident, better protocol is needed and should be implemented immediately.

Video clearly shows her loudly ridiculing ICE as they approached. She did not even attempt to calmly converse even though officers appeared to try.

But that's not what they did was it.
They're federal agents, not nurses. They were not hired for their bedside manner, and that's not what they're paid for. If you want a conversation, see a therapist. They're there for action. Stay the frick out of their way and you don't have to find out, but people stick their noses in business that isn't theirs, and that's why their noses get blown off of their face.
