New Gringrich said as much just yesterday, br. We are indeed in a "Cultural Civil War"; with POLAR First Principles of Governance at issue. And I can remember Thomas Sowell commenting that when people disagree on a First Principle...there isn't even a basis for dialogue. I knew he was right; usually is.
So, once talk becomes irrelevant, or worse, inflammatory...we move on to historical 'solutions'.
