Whoa, slow down. What narrative have you cobbled together? Gates appears to have accepted a plea bargain. Big deal. Roughly 95% of people charged federally do that too, primarily because it's more efficient.
So why are you so eager to believe that the plea agreement ties back to Trump? Isn't it more plausible that Gates agreed to testify against Manafort?
