The same actor played Darnell or "Crab Man" in My Name is Earl. They even referenced this commercial in one of the episodes where they basically had him play the same role as the commercial when the gang was trying to rob the corporate office of a Hot Dog fast food chain.

Here's the difference:

One is a criminal

Both could be criminals.

This thread is not about that situation.

I have not seen anyone post about the history of these cops. The history of EVERY guy that's been shot is googled and posted well before that of the cops.

It’s funny because its almost a 99.9% certainty that when situations like this arise it’s because they all have previous records and convictions.

You don’t hear about the ones without records happening because they actually respected the police and complied so these situations never occur. See the problem now....

I agree with that.
Do you think each situation should be handled based on the past history of the people involved or handle it with only knowledge of the current situation?

That's an assumption and I will leave there.

So every time someone doesn't comply he/she gets shot?

Do you think this type of behavior:
a) helps minorities
b) hurts minorities

So why did they allow him to get up, walk slowly around the vehicle, and open the door?

It hurts everybody.

Now would you answer my question?

They are suicidally taking their life into their own hands. I have no sympathy.

Can you name an instance in which an unarmed guy with no criminal background, who obeyed the officers lawful commands, didn't resist arrest, was killed?

It's easy to sit here and say they shouldn't have shot him.

Tased or even tackled him would've drawn the exact same outrage because that is where we are as a country at this point and time. And that is an undeniable fact.

We also jump to conclusion so freaking quickly and we do not know the whole story.

I'd prefer to wait and see what transpired before this was filmed.

You run from the police, open your door and reach under the seat.

You're getting fricking shot.

How can you and others not realize that?

Take that unarmed black man shite somewhere else.

Absolutely you have to consider past history. You wouldn't treat someone with a history of violence a little differently than you would someone whose never been in trouble?

History of criminal conduct
Had gun
Refused to comply
Ends up dead

Print the t-shirt "how many more?"

Are blacks and BLM really going to blow us Wisconsin over this man?

Why do black strangers care more about the victim than the victim cared about his own life?

He was also the more problematic example in Chris Rock's legendary, "How not to get your arse kicked by the police", which is very relevant to this topic.

3 cops had him the ground, he should not have been allowed to get up without being handcuffed. That would have eliminated him from getting to the door. When he opened the door, they had to shoot him.

When did I say any different?
