JBE must have gotten word that things are trending down and it's safe to put the mandate back so that it looks like they work.
ETA: 2020 summer spike started around June 10th with mask mandate starting 7/13. 2021 spike started around 6/28 with mask mandate starting 8/2. Pretty much the same amount of time between the start of the rise and the mask mandate.

It is unconstitutional, regardless of any rulings. The fact is that if you do not have freedom over your own body, you have no freedom at all. One of the possible side effects listed with any vaccine is "death." You cannot mandate something with the possibility of death. This is called an inalienable right. Your lack of understanding and logic is disturbing.
And if you start to cite the greater good argument, you need to emigrate because the USA was founded on individual liberty, not the greater good.

This....you have incessant testing for anyone who wants it and it is skewing the numbers. My son tested positive a while back.....totally asymptomatic but he had to test 2 more times before he was clear for summer workouts. A lot of kids(teenagers) are having to put up with this. There are some kids who had Covid got over it and now are testing positive again....still asymptomatic

Doc did a good job of explaining why the delta variant is different from the original version of covid.
The original version didn’t spread from vaccinated people but the delta variant can spread from vaccinated people however it is not common.
Said that being outside is still better than being inside.

No. They are not. They are also harmful as they trap bacteria and other pathogens that your lungs try to expel as part of it's normal functions.
If what you are saying is true, then why is it that the places that have the most extreme mask rules are also the places that COVID flourishes?

If masks worked, we wouldn't be allowed to make our own. People love to compare masks to seat belts, but seat belts have standards that they must meet.
