So, congress can legally lie and make accusations about private citizens, but they can't legally state the truth about each other.

You'd know best about the legalities of going public with names involved in a criminal proceeding (Epstein), but neither of us know frick all about all the rules congress has put in place to protect itself. Think about it - what good would setting up a slush fund be if the details of its use can be made public? And congress is a lot of things - corrupt, greedy, lazy - but it ain't stupid and its full of lawyers.

As for the OP's ignorance, I'm pretty sure I read the OP pointing out that Massie's post was from 2024. That doesn't seem like a person trying to mislead you into thinking it was from today.

What lie? I said that IvoryBillMatt wasn't aware of it until I saw Massie's 2024 comments on YouTube defending President Trump and calling out the hypocrisy of shielding Congressmen who had benefited from the hush fund.
Thanks for posting information about it coming out in 2017. I will review it. I never said that it hadn't come out earlier. It was just that I personally hadn't seen it. I wasn't as interested in politics then, and I (still) get most of my information from social media and YouTube.
I will be curious how much attention the 2017 information got back then.
