The party is losing votes on the immigration issue. The administration didn't have to undertake deportations in such a hamfisted manner with the collateral damage.
The general public remains dissatisfied with the economy.
I wouldn't predict a total loss of the Senate, but there very well could be a loss of seats.
I think it's likely that the Dems take back the House...

I think Virginia is going to change alot. The fact they elected an AG and Governor that backed the AG after what he said. Ran on affordability and then immediately raised or created 50 new taxes. Independents are where you need to get the votes to win and the Independents are going to look at Virginia and say nope, not happening.
