OK... serious question... if we let the Senate let this play out... and go through confirmation hearings... they'll all likely get confirmed, won't they? Yeah, Gaetz would have the toughest row to hoe, so to speak, but won't he ultimately "reluctantly" get confirmed? If not.. then either move to choice to or go "nuclear" on the Senate, force them into recess... recess appoint him... it goes to court... and either gets upheld or overturned months down the road... during which time, he'll be acting AG, correct?
