Honestly, I don't have a good reason. I've never looked into MLK much, just know what is generally known. So, I'm not going to believe anything that's posted on X. I will research it tho.

This isn't just "posted on twitter". There are plenty of post with official documents, not just people saying stuff based on nothing.
There are people who are just afraid to see it for what it is, because they've been indoctrinated by "everything is racist" if they touch it.

No they aren’t and I happen to agree with you that these allegations are likely total BS meant to discredit a courageous civil rights leader.
HOWEVER, you lack credibility since you only come out of the woodwork to defend Dr King but in all likelihood agreed full-throatily with similarly outrageous and dubious claims against Trump.

If you want people to believe this please name names. I am not an MLK fan and I certainly heard King wasn’t faithful to his wife. Would someone like Andrew Young be able to corroborate this story?
