The US ratified the UN Charter on 28-Jul-1945, and Article 2(4) of that document provides as follows:
"All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations."

Fact is someone will take it over at some point. Because natural resources are not infinite, and much of the 3rd world is rich in them. Those resources will be needed and obviously the 3rd world is so dysfunctional and low IQ they cannot extract those resources, build infrastructure, and export them. So since they fail to extract and sell the resources everyone needs, someone will eventually go and take them

International laws are old and common and good for the most part. The UN needs to go somewhere else. Watch then what happens to it. Death on the vine.
