Coming back to this just to say it sounds like the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome that you mentioned could maybe classify as a co-morbidity here, although CFS is sort of an uncharacterized disorder on it's own.
It sounds like you had a rough time with this (even with the vaccine), so just trying to figure out the reason since otherwise you seem like you're in pretty good shape. I retract my original statement from your case regarding the body fat%/BMI, although I do think that is the main issue for a lot of people that claim "0 co-morbidities".
Glad to see you made it through this. What branch did you serve in the military?
