That’s not clear. There’s another video out there from even another person that shows one officer pulling out his gun and shooting. His shots lineup with the sounds. I’m turning in. Maybe someone else will post it. If not, I will find tomorrow. Not sure if I saw it here or elsewhere.

The general consensus is he was assisting her. Trying to drag her away. I’m pretty sure they interviewed her and she confirmed that.

The timing of the officer grabbing and walking away with the gun doesn’t seem to lend itself to him being the one that fired the first shot, thus scaring the other officers.
I have a feeling the first shot was an officer too. Doesn’t the gun grabbed clearly walk away before the first shot?

He saw her get shoved. He mildly tried to stop it. And then kind of went to her aid.
What we see after that is not him attacking her imo.

I might not have been clear. I did not mean that the video showed the same guy firing the first shot. It was a different officer on the other side. He was the first to draw his weapon. Not the one who retrieved the gun. I will look while having my coffee tomorrow.

I think it's quite possible that Olive Jacket mistook Grey Jacket's right hand on the weapon and his unholstering it to be that of the dead guy. Grey Jacket also kept the weapon relatively concealed and close to the ground as he retreated from the pile with it. Olive jacket appeared to be on the outside observing until he saw the weapon. In the instant it took him to draw his weapon, the right hand and the pistol had disappeared more than likely leading him to believe the dead guy had retrieved his firearm.

This is the exact moment the first shot rings out. The arrow is pointing towards the agent who removed the gun. He is already turned around and out of there.
From the opposite side’s video, we get a clear picture of him grabbing the gun and leaving. It never looks like he accidentally fires that weapon when he’s leaving.
I think the first shot was to kill the man on his hands and knees.
