He's a lawyer who denies the existence/relevance of sealed indictments which were filed at a higher than normal level during the Trump 45 term that have yet to be acted upon/unsealed.
quote:I hope you are right. Im so ready for justice to be done on these career criminals.
We're in the midst of the biggest sting operation in the history of the world and the contrarians literally can't even.

They have a deposition regarding the activities of Epstein and Maxwell. In no way does that mean everything she knows about everyone everywhere has been recorded.
Again, this assumes the lawyers involved are retarded.
Depositions are not limited to trial testimony, and these lawyers were suing people for money. Why would they not ask about other big pockets to sue?
I mean, even OUTSIDE of the deposition, this rings true. Why would they avoid possibly making millions more, only to sit on it for a decade, to then do something? In what way does this make sense by anyone involved who actually did something against Epstein and Maxwell for once?

I see you avoided answering the questions yet again.

Prosecution: I'd like to add this tweet to record your Honor? It states she is NOT suicidal and that there were many people who wanted to silence her.
SFP: OBJECTION! Relevance!
Judge: Overruled. Go fetch me a coffee

They are not. I'll ask again

It's literally not. Question answered.

No they were directly responsive to blueboy's post.
The tweet situation is ended. Nobody has given any factual or logical arguments to justify relevance. Until they do it's a win for me.

blah blah blah the point is that you have no idea what she knew or if it all had been disclosed.
She settled with people she apparently had actual contact with (one of whom killed himself in jail). What grounds would she have to sue someone who did something with another girl? She could be a witness to someone else's story, though.

She got a settlement, the Queen had to give Prince Andrew after he sold a few manors. It was over.
Far be it from me to see SFP's point. But legally this lady was done. Ghislaine is in prison and done.
A lot if fishy things though...
After Virginia posted she had days to live it came out she was not badly injured. They released the accident report with the bus.
She was supposedly in a custody battle divorcing. I am wondering if she is just in Bora Bora or she sleeps with the fishes.
She tweeted she was not nor ever will be suicidal, and she adored her 3 children.

Sounds like you're making the same "certainty" mistake as someone else.

The prosecutors?
No. The attorneys who did the most work against Epstein, her civil attorneys.

We're talking about the attorneys, not her.
They're not prohibited from suing other people with different plaintiffs, and they were the ones asking the questions.

I know what was and wasn't in the depositions and the allegations at Maxwell's trial.

Her life wasn't in danger suing Epstein, Maxwell, and Prince Andrew?
And we're talking about the lawyers, not her.

A tweet saying she is not suicidal is NOT relevant to her suicide?
Not with the lack of temporal/causal link, no.

She's a sex abuse victim. It's not unreasonable to think she had psychological problems due to this. Nothing you posted is outside what you'd expect from that sort of paradigm.

You’ll find the answer to this question within the subject of the OP.
Perhaps they didn’t want to get unalived.
