Due process for whom? Porter? The guy whose security clearance was held up over the spousal abuse allegations? Seems the FBI gave him some due process and found enough there to hold up his security clearance.
Can someone who knows what they're fricking talk about step in for a second. Can you guys allow that?
If, during a clearance investigation, there is something like a protective order in the background, it's an AUTOMATIC hold until it can be vetted.
100% of the time.
The hold isn't proof the PO was proven. It's proof the PO existed.
I mean. Don't let someone who is intimately familiar with the process dissuade you guys. Carry on

Just curious but did the guy’s ex wives ever file charges against him? If not, how are future employers supposed to be aware of these things?

You can frick someone's future and, you never have to be cross examined.
It's a liberal wet dream.

Okay, and this has reportedly been held up for a year now. Seems like that would be plenty of time to vet it and get the clearance through if there was suspicion of a false accusation.

You guys need to get this concept of "false allegation" out of your heads.
Think it through. How the frick do you even proven 90% of these things false?
The one I proved false on a troop of mine was completely the result of her telling a lie that was physically provable to be impossible.
But that is VERRRRRY rare.
Most of the time, the best you can do is show that they can't PROVE their allegations.
And that ain't a fast process if it's doable at all. Cause, think about it. If you aren't in court cross examining the accuser, how exactly do you accomplish the task?

One got a restraining order. But it seems from what is reported that since they were Mormon, they went to their church for guidance.
Once you get past a certain point, criminal prosecution is very tough...and that is probably what any decent lawyer would have told them if they did later on.
It’s a fine line on how to tell people if charges weren’t filed almost immediately. I’m not going to pretend to have the answers, but at least for the White House, the standard (has usually been) much higher than other employers. Obviously not the case anymore. But it’s not like they were silent about it.

Not to mention, not all accusations are "false". Some are just over blown. Some are inaccurate. Etc.
None of which can be proven absent cross examination and even then......very challenging.
Did you see my story the other day of the guy who got POs on 3 people to protect his daughter?
That dude, in the last 10 years has levied POs on 27 different people.
POs are fricking EASY to get. There's much literature on them out there.

Nobody can know for sure whether this guy beat his wives or not. But we can all say for certain that he was fired or “resigned” as a result of these coming to light. So. I’m not sure why anybody should give a shite.

These same feminists would laugh at and mock Melania Trump if she were to be raped. This is a fact jack.

Two ex-wives with photo proof of abuse isn’t exactly who you should put up as an example of a guy without due process. Criminal prosecution is not a requirement for something to have happened
Did he cite any examples in his tweet?

Feminazis are very sick people.
they are soon to be eliminated from all employment opportunities by their own radicalism of hate and false accusations made against rivals and political opponents
the only jobs they will be able to get is from liberal female owned and run companies because even female owned and run companies wont want them around for fear of constant BS and lawsuits because someone paid them any compliment at all or heaven forbid, asked if they were having a bad hair day

President Trump because he is defending due process.
He supports due process in somethings, just not all things.
Like civil asset forfeiture, where his AG (with Trumps support) actually reduced due process.

Ephesians 5:22-24 Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.
Now quote the mans obligations to his wife

So does that mean you don't agree with President Trump that someone accused of sexual harassment or physical abuse should have due process?
