Sri Lanka is a long way from Iran. I wonder what kind of vessel it was.

ETA: Just saw this:

quote:

An Iranian Navy Moudge-class frigate, IRIS Dena, was reportedly struck by a torpedo launched from an unidentified submarine in the Indian Ocean near Sri Lanka’s territorial waters.

Initial reports indicate 101 sailors are missing and at least 78 others have been injured.

Unconfirmed reports suggest the Iranian warship is currently sinking.

Search-and-rescue operations are underway as emergency teams have been deployed to the area.

Trump just killed one of the last remaining outposts of the British Empire. Given that Britain has been seized by a gang of loony libtards led by Keir Starmer and is already going through slow-motion collapse due to Brexit, further weakening them is necessary and good.

Uncontrolled immigration, not Brexit. Brexit could have and should have saved them from uncontrolled immigration forced on them by the EU

The UK needs the 80s version of Thatcher to enter politics and tale back control. the reagan/Thatcher duo made the 1-2 punch that led to the end of the USSR.

there are still alot of conservative Brits out there, but witht he mass immigration and suppression of free speech they stand no chance.....

Brexit was a bad idea if they mostly got the bare minimum public popularity for it to get pushed through because of immigration then proceeded to get nothing done on immigration.

They might as well stayed in the EU and reaped some of the economic benefits of it. When Brexit happened, I thought that the UK just signed off on making themselves the de facto 51st state at some point probably soon.

There's no suppression of Free Speech. You're getting your talking points from far right instigators like Tommy Robinson.

Yes, you will be investigated or banned from Soccer matches for yelling racist remarks to black players.

Ever watched a Primetime UK gameshow or Television show? You couldn't get away with any of that on the USA tv

Americans version of Free Speech is they think they should be able to yell the N word anytime they want with no consequences.

Nope.

Brexit allowed for self-determination, i.e. freedom. That they blew the chance is on them.

It has to really suck being an Iranian sailor right now. Stuck on a ship with nowhere to hide. Anxiety has to be through the roof.

Leadership blew it on purpose. The people voted for reform, they just never got it. Don't get me wrong, the voters love their nanny state and they make bad choices, but even when they make a good one it doesn't matter. The ruling class did everything they could to neutralize the referendum.
