These boats were confirmed to be cartel members via surveillance of our courageous intelligence members that have multiple forms of tracking on the drug boats whereabouts. 80,391 drug overdoses occurred last year alone and boats similar to this vessel are directly linked to cargo that is attributed to killing Americans at an alarming rate. The courageous actions of Sec of Defense Ash Carter has saved countless lives in conjunction with President Obama's administration to take swift action against the threats that are harming Americans."

The amount of follow-up strikes after an initial hit is an every op occurrence damn near.
There are tons of videos of helicopters hitting a group of insurgents and circling back around and finishing Johnny Jihad off as he crawls away.
