This is such a stupid thing to continue to discuss. The mission was to destroy the boat. Whether it was 1 or 4 missiles used doesn't matter. The General did what was necessary to complete the mission. He was following orders and neither he nor anyone else will be prosecuted.

Making his followers keep believing he is actually doing anything to stop drugs, then pardons the man who said he wants to shove drugs up US noses. Which is it?
Maybe a background of who/what that boat was actually doing would help. Instead of believe me and JBird like sheep.

Yea there is literally no crime for that under the Geneva convention or international law. The specific geneva convention law on it is about waiting and hitting again as first responders arrive.

Of all the things I don’t care about this is the most don’t-care-about-it-est of all.
Eta: to clarify, I don’t care how many times we shoot, bomb, missile, torch these vessels. Except to the extent we may be wasting artillery. But even then, I don’t really care.
