To be fair to her, she's not the only rabid macaque.
I think it's hilarious that they have become who they hated for 8 years but they are too blind to see it or rationalize it to being ok for them. Also to be fair, partisan politics and the media are partly to blame.

Where does Trump call Amazon dumb?

All? How progressive and independent thinker of you.
You are also exactly like those you hated here for 8 years. Maybe hated isn't the right word. You bitched about people constantly complaining about Obama only to become that same person. Do you see that at all?

God bless my children because they won't have the luxury of working their way up from Walmart to Target like I got to.

Going to be hilarious to watch the spin when he has the law changed to Amazon's detriment and this board defends him "picking winners and losers" and is pro-regulation for 3-4 days.

Amazon is a REALLY TERRIBLE COMPANY
My friend worked for Amazon and he requested time off to travel for his brothers funeral, Amazon straight up told him he couldn't go because prime day was coming up and he couldn't take "personal time". He had to miss the funeral and went to work and a couple days later they fired him for "not smiling enough" which apparently is a rule there

Never thought I'd see the day where conservatives are pro regulation and anti capitalism.

No one forces places like Best Buy to charge $28 for an Ethernet cord that is $5 on Amazin.

The gov needs to quit subsidizing them
Posted on 8/16/17 at 8:00 am to Grim
Yeah, so instead of wal mart either adapting to the new market or sinking we gotta regulate amazon.

I was referring to you as in all of you board liberals.

So Amazon is not paying sales tax huh? Foxconn isn't going to pay any taxes for their shite.
When are taxes cool and when are they not?

Wrong, he paid what in taxes whatever other people in same sector were paying.
OTOH, Amazon clearly did not pay at all (for more than a decade) / as much as other retailers with brick and mortar stores. Only recently they have started paying taxes to the states.
Nor did they contribute in local economies like brick and mortar stores (local taxes, employment, economic activity etc).
Amazon also received subsidy for every order from USPS.
Why ? Because Jeff Bezos's paper supports democratic party.
Compare to Trump who as Maddow proved pays millions in taxes, Jeff Bezos is a welfare queen.
Clearly Democrats dont care about "fair share" as long as the Billionaire welfare queens are giving money to Democratic Party.

I think all of these are factual:
• Trump is right
• Amazon has built a better "mousetrap"
• Amazon Prime rocks
• Capitalism rewards innovation and persistence
• Bezos is WaPo owning scum.

quote:Amazon did not implement sales taxes in states where they did not have a B&M or warehouse in that state, just like every other website that didn't. As they have improved their service to accommodate same day, and free shipping to their customers, they have added warehouses and jobs to many states across the US. Now that they have warehouses in many states, they are now implementing sales tax.
