Any invite would require a resolution. Even Senate only would require a Senate resolution needing 60 votes. So 6 Dems would need to cross over.

This is a golden opportunity to make the left look awful.
1. Offer vacant seats to border patrol and ICE workers and their spouses along with military service members.
2. Since Nancy won’t be there, have Rep Steve Scalise as the interim speaker, and have the guard announce the president to Scalise.
Just think of that backdrop. All Scalise, pence, and a house filled with reps and service members.
