It did unless comey perjured himself. Comey admitted under oath that Trump wasn't a suspect in the Russia probe. Reportedly, that's all trump ever wanted out of him. The parts about Lynch being a lying bitch, Comey leaking, and Trump not obstructing were bonuses.
