They have had these votes since March. I am quite certain that any pressure JBE feels does not come from the GOP in the state house and senate. Edwards owns them.
The biggest mistake one could make would be to assume that Republicans in the Louisiana legislature have taken or will take any type of decisive action.

I’m a musician, and most bars are gun shy about booking full bands. I also have tickets to a concert postponed due to covid in a couple weeks and I’m hoping it can still happen.

The problem with new vaccine is around 21% of voters polled(CBS) said they would take the vaccine when it was released. Majority of the people that would take the vaccine were Democrats. 58% of people were waiting to see how it works on others. 21% said they would not get one. Around 50% of republicans believe it is being rushed and around 75% of democrats.
75% believe the president should be one of the first to take it and do it publicly. 65% of republicans.
I would be in the group that would wait because I think it is being rushed.
