A Joseph P M_____ is listed twice in the DOD global email address book. Once as a Navy civilian, once as a Marine Corps major.

Did anyone notice in the darpa proposal they say monoclonal antibodies and vaccines aren’t effective against coronaviruses? That was their reasoning for wanting to do the gain of function research.

How do I know what? The patents for vaccines against SARS and an avian virus aren’t sealed. That’s the “evidence” the other poster was referencing. I’m staying out of all the other conspiracy theory stuff that can neither be proven nor disproven. If it’s true, there’s nothing we can do about it anyway. I'm not arguing the thing about the patent, that could very well be mistaken. Now "white" overlords... So the people involved in this vaccine stuff at the highest levels are not actually white genetically. There are at least a couple possible conspiracy theories to go from here, but they both are either a race death or a death of western world to cascasde a global death that would follow from food supplies and economies collapsing. Also the ACE2 thing could be pure coincidence and/or happenstance.

Ethnic differences in hospitalized patients with COVID-19 illness
From the positive cases, about 68.3% were of European descent, 17.5% were South Asian, and 2.7% were of African descent. People of East Asian (0.8%) and Ad Mixed American (0.2%) backgrounds made up the lowest number of cases. Approximately 10.5% of people were labeled as Other.
The results confirmed that hospitalized patients with COVID-19 were statistically different across ethnic groups.
People of East Asian descent made up a low percentage of COVID-19 cases. However, they, as well as people of African background, were 50% more likely to be hospitalized compared to Europeans.
In contrast, people of South Asian descent were hospitalized for SARS-CoV-2 infection at a far lesser rate than East Asians (16.2% vs. 46.8%).
In contrast, people of African backgrounds displayed lower ACE2 expression levels, suggesting a potential protective effect with some ACE2 genetic variants.

The source of the letter is claiming that it’s essentially a bat vaccine candidate that leaked. They allegedly were researching ways to prevent future pandemics by targeting the source - bats - as opposed to vaccinating humans.
This would make the vaccines on the market vaccines to a vaccine.
There is no mention of it being a bioweapon.

Read between the lines
They paid SEVERAL million/billion and were trying to create a vaccine for years related to a specific virus that wasn’t even a threat at that point
The virus was going to be released with the vaccine ready to go hand in hand just in time to make billions and billions. The convenient leak happened early, just in time for mail in ballots - so the project was sent into “warp speed” by a stooge…so in that sense is WAS weaponized to make money.
