This is a pretext the dems will use if they win the midterms to investigate Trump. We know their playbook now and that’s why Bove was smart to take her notes.

fire of a letter to Bondi.

It was well done.

Totally ignored that their initial decision to go after Adams was political,

but otherwise, well done.

I'm confused. Why does Bondi think the case should be dropped? Is it good or bad if the case is dropped?

According to some folks suspicions, Adams has important information about James and Bragg that would aid in their upcoming investigations.
Makes sense to me ......

Adams is a clown. In that same interview with Tucker, he still said he supported being a sanctuary city. I think the prosecutor is right to be pissed.

I'm as pro-Trump as it gets, but you have to respect her reasoning.

"In particular, the court is unlikely to acquiesce in using the criminal process to control the behavior of a political figure."

I thought the dem position was that all such papers were property of the federal government. That was your position during the boxes hoax.

Once people dig a little deeper, everything will be more clear.

Huh? The court doesn’t prosecute, the DOJ does, and they decided to drop the case. This lady wanted to take her “notes” and publish them to the media to undermine Trump’s DOJ.

Article says it's a "rebuke" so obviously written with a partisan slant. Weaponize the DOJ to the max, they tried to illegally convict, jail and destroy Trump, hope he makes them all pay going back to Hillary.

I don't know what her motives were, but she has a solidly conservative background. I think almost all of the Team Trump legal positions are winners, but this one is not.

The judge is probably not going to grant a dismissal WITHOUT prejudice (meaning that DOJ could reopen the case against Adams). The only reasonable inference for seeking dismissal without prejudice is that the Trump Administration wants to maintain leverage over Adams.

Very smart, but unlikely to pass legal scrutiny. Hope I'm wrong.
