Not sure that's how it works. "piggy" in this case could refer to her squealing for attention, and being exceptionally annoying, not her physical features. Would the faux outrage be any different than had he called her piglet? Just another thing for the fake press to whinge about.

The press hasn't been remotely fair to him or has family since he decided to run for political office.
He has shown incredible restraint considering how much of an active part they play in trying to put him in prison or incite people to political violence.
He should tell the whole press corp to get lost and do his job.
BTW, if you want to speak of professional political decorum, check out anything Jazzy has been putting out in the last 18 months whole she has been attention whoring to make a name for herself. Or Swalwell, Or Maxine Waters, Or Chris Murphy, Or AOC, Or Bernie, ...... and on and on and on.
