This is different than regime change and boots on the ground which is what Israel wants.
The US has already completed regime change for Israel in Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Somolia, and Lybia at the request and trickery from Israel for their benefit.
Israel can pay for this regime change via treasure and lives lost of Israeli people, if they want. The US has done enough on their behalf.
