I have seen 3 instances of riot-like conduct limited to a small number of people: when the bicycle barricades where overrun, at the outer door and at the inner door where the lady was shot. There was also seen people acting against the momentum of a small few or otherwise just appearing clueless.
Riot? Maybe. But not widespread.
Insurrection? The definition is pretty vague however it certainly lacked any real planning, goal or unified effort.

This is my takeaway; when antifa was destroying Democrat run cities, Democrats didn’t care. That only hurt the poor people they purport to support. However, step foot in congress and it is a crisis.
