You are not paying attention. The influx from CA and NY will definitely change the state blue. Not this election, but within 10 yrs.

Liberals are moving to conservative states at an enormous rate

Depends how much republicans can sway the hispanic vote in their favor. But yes, it will happen eventually.

The California must be going Red. Californians are moving to states like Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, (and Texas) in droves. They can only vote in one State.

Texas will stay red.
California, however, will not stay blue.

I suspect that means SOMETHING.

I live in Dallas. It’s a lib breeding ground. My parents live in the country in McLennan County. I met them at Lake Whitney last weekend for the fourth and was shocked at how different things are outside the city.
Nobody wearing masks, Trump flags everywhere, I saw 12 confederate flags on the lake (I could care less about the confederate flag, but I would never imagine seeing that in Dallas).
If you are conservative and in the city do not think you are the crazy one. Get out of town and go do something elsewhere.
Almost all of the journalists and people in cities are the delusional ones, not us.

Texas will never go blue . It’s comical that people believe the filth can turn this state blue . Trump will win the state by more then 10 points .
Despite the howling, gnashing of teeth and rending of clothing by the Far Right, the party will revise some platform planks in order to keep majority support.

If i still lived in Texas I'm not sure I would be excited to cast a vote for the Texas gop at this time. They have all completely caved to media hysteria and left businesses and its voters out to dry.
Abbott has handled this pathetically as compared to Kemp (Ga) and Desantis (Fl). They are both under the same pressure and scrutiny but have pushed on. Most likely because their data is far much better - which is another indictment to Abbott's admin.

He says this while the center-left is getting sunk by far left extremists and loons. Having a lack of awareness must be a graduation requirement at TAMU.

The GOP will shift slightly, so that it can scoop up a few percent OF those disaffected Center-Left folks.
It is like a damned kindergarten class. Do I have to draw the pictures AND provide you with the crayons?

The day Texas turns blue, it’s over
This is true. However, for the last 20 years I have been hearing about Texas going blue. Red almost every time overall. So at some point I have to ask myself if this a standard dem tactic to demoralize the reps. You see the left is about limiting oil production and infringing on the second amendment with the end goal of gun confiscation. Most people vote with their pocketbooks. So you'll have to excuse me for not believing the hype this time about Texas going blue.

It should be the GOP courting Hispanics and you can still do this by being hard line on illegal immigration.
The more that come the more enjoy the opportunity to create businesses, get great education, and live a good life.
The Dems are literally offering them everything they are escaping from...
I've been saying for months on this board trump doesn't need to court blacks he needs to court Hispanic voters. They want a stable growing economy, school choice, protection/comfort (police), strong leadership. Trump can and I believe will hit 35% Hispanic vote this election.
Abbott got 38% in 2018
Desantis got 42% in 2018
It's completely doable. And if the GOP can get w consistent number like that for election years then Texas and Florida will remain red in the future.

Moving to the middle is the answer for republicans.
They suck.
