This wasn't some run of the mill trespassing. She was in a group of rioters breaking down a barricaded area in the U.S. Capitol while a session of Congress was happening. She was shot as soon as she went through the barricade that they broke through. That's not trespassing.

Especially in comparison to "the claim of killing" someone that was going to die from OD anyways. Killing a career criminal/thug, who's about to die, versus killing an innocent person on a "trespassing claim." That meme is shite no matter what bs angle you look at it from.

The claim was he had lethal amounts of fentanyl in his system and was extremely unhealthy.
Sure drug usage is "breaking the law" but people can't OD on trespassing...
I actually have zero issue with Ashley Babbot getting shot in the manner she did IF AND ONLY IF the shooter shouted multiple verbal warnings before shooting.
