You do realize that a lapse in memory = lying to the FBI, right?
Typically, there is no recording of the interview and it is based solely on the handwritten notes of the agent. The credibility of the agent and the agency is important for this charge.

I don’t think they get Jr until primary season.

So now this board agrees that Bill Clinton's impeachment was a witch hunt??
No.
Clinton committed perjury in a civil case, was impeached, and disbarred.

Aren't we supposed to be prosecuting all violators of the law? Or is that we only want to prosecute some people for some laws and not others? Aren't we a nation of laws?
This is a board where the majority support shooting people illegakky crossing the border, which is a misdemeanor. Yet a wealthy, connected white guy gets arrested on multiple felonies, it's just a process crime and no big deal.

Hard to say, but the JR and Jarods are just pawns. I say, before Individual #1 is allowed to do any more damage to this great country, the head of the snake gets proverbially lopped.

Lying to Congress
This was done by many that went before congress as we have seen and yet no charges were brought by the DOJ for those on the left found to be lying including the FBI.

Going back and thinking about this, what if Roger tipped off CNN himself that he was being arrested? That would be epic and in line with his personality.

I thought about that
He really does love the attention

My understanding is that the standard is knowingly and willfully. Does not necessarily require a specific intent to deceive or mislead. Basically a recklessness standard.

How in the world is CNN in this gated community filming this arrest at 6:00 a.m.?
Looks like collusion to me

Unless new evidence comes out (from Stone, maybe Corsi but that’s even less likely), I find it difficult to see how anything happens to Don Jr.

I would think this board would be happy that law-breakers are paying the price for their illegal actions.
Sure, give me $50 million and 25 attorneys to investigate you for two years and see if I can get you on something. That's the way the law is supposed to work right? Investigation with no scope and no time table just to find anything to charge you with.
If this is what you believe is reasonable, we will all be in prison right after we are broke from attorney fees.

They are now arresting people for crimes that only exist because they are investigating crimes that don’t exist and never really existed.
