Oh, come on. The Republican party has no one to blame but themselves.
And the 22k republican write-in-voters will have no one to blame other than themselves when we have to get a liberal Justice to replace Kennedy when he retires in 2018

Is Hillary going to nominate this "liberal" justice?

You still don't get it.
It doesn't matter who Trump nominates. The Senate has to approve.
If the Democrats control the Senate they won't ever allow a conservative to take the court.
Especially after Garland.
They will deny every nominee until the cows come home.

Moore will need to get at least 13k of the 22k or so remaining ballots to get within the 0.5% needed for the automatic recount. Even then, the recount is unlikely to change the outcome.
Also, that 13k number could drop if they throw out some write-in votes that were cast for ineligible people.

The dems wont control shite until Jan 2019 at earliest. If Kennedy retires summer 2018, he'll be replaced long before the midterms.

Is it really that hard to believe a person like Roy Moore went after young teenagers? He looks and sounds like a creep, and his political views are incredibly regressive. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if he's porking a choir boy right now.
He’s asking for the proof.

I already blame them for Robert Bork and the fiasco the did to Thomas.
Lets look at a few Recent Justices and notice how the votes went.
Pay attention that even in the case of extreme liberals the Repubs have let the Dems have their way. The Dems typically block to the best of their ability unless it is a lib justice.
This started with Bork
Bork Conservative 42-58
Kennedy-Moderate 97-0
Souter- Moderate(Liberal in sheeps clothing) 90-9
Thomas- Conservative 52-48
Ginsberg-Evil Incarnate 96-3
Breyer - Liberal 87-9
Roberts- Moderate 78-22
Alito- Conservative 58-42
Sotomayor - Leftist 68-31
Kagan -Leftist 63-37

Depends on if McCain, Collins, or Flake decide to caucus with the democrats.

Any update from the Moore campaign? Have they announced any plans to challenge the vote?

Not going to post links because I don't want to encourage anyone to waste time or whatever, since this seems like a long shot....however, I was looking around the interwebs and some people have pointed out a few items. If true, then the post-election discussions will begin heating up. and links will get posted Here are a few claims being made:
1. In the past when Sessions ran for Senate, there was a recent election where he was completely unopposed. Despite that, more R's showed up to the polls than did in this Moore/Jones race. That doesn't make sense at all.
2. In precincts where the demographic tilts heavily to African American majority, more turned out to vote for Jones than Obama 2008. That doesn't make sense at all.
3. As posted on some threads around here, the vote tallies go in the wrong direction across time.
4. NYT was extremely confident about the results about half way through and it's projections are based on past data combined with votes already tallied. Given the above 3 items, that doesn't make a lot of sense. Given the above 3 items, it should have been predicting a Moore victory the whole time, with high certainty because it should have underestimate turnout likely to vote Dem and overestimated turnout likely to vote Rep.
I guess we'll see if Moore demands an investigation. Some speculate this was a trap for fraud. Time will tell. No damage can come to Trump, no matter what. It could only get better, to be honest.

Moore put out a video late last night that was nothing more than a rant designed to keep him relevant with his hardcore supporters. It was 30 seconds about the race and the 5 minutes of him rambling on about sodomy and such. No class or dignity. Just trying to keep his gravy train going.
So glad that douchebag isn’t going to DC.

Relax - we'll gain at least a couple of seats in the midterms.
