The Saudis aren't into that. The Muslem nations run by Mullahs hate the Saudis and want the royal family dead. So, Saudi's leaders want good relations with the west. They hate radical Islam.

But there are plenty of reports that, due to fear that they can have an Ayatollah Khomeni situation on their hands, they buy off the Muslims by giving them a lot of money and building Mosques.

I started a thread on this a while back. The gulf states are notorious for making big claims of investments and then rarely following through on anything close to those claims. Including in their own countries.

True. They placate the radicals. But they want good relations with the west. Members of the royal family (and that's 1,000s of people) send students to US colleges and like American culture.

This is great but does the POTUS make a timeline that they have to break ground or be a certain % complete? Should be before he is out of office or this is all lip services and most of it will never break ground.

America first wants to cut off funding to other countries and remove ourselves from influencing other countries. America first only cares about America. America first wouldn’t get cooperation from Saudi Arabia, hence the OP. This isn’t rocket science

That's about $2 trillion so far that we know of, folks. Israeli and now Saudi interests heavily invested and involved. Marvelous. Just marvelous.
Already 500 or so data centers built here in the US; how many more to come? Reminder: AI is about the complete and utter unfettered control of mankind, of every facet of our lives.
