Yea
That’s what I get for assuming. Returned and saw the comments about not finding any corroborating evidence, so dug a little deeper.

I googled Tren De Aragua I found news that says the exact opposite? Are you sure you are understanding this all correctly? Overview -
The "Tren de Aragua" case before the Supreme Court involved the Trump administration's use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport individuals accused of being members of the gang. The Supreme Court has issued several rulings, temporarily blocking deportations while ordering that the individuals must be given notice and the opportunity to challenge their detentions on a case-by-case basis, but it has largely sided with the administration's right to use the Act and deport individuals, though it has sent the case back to lower courts for further review of the specific procedures.
Initial Ruling (April 2025): The Supreme Court temporarily blocked deportations under the Alien Enemies Act, citing a lack of due process, though its majority did not rule on whether the law could be used to deport individuals from an invading group. Later Rulings (May 2025): The Supreme Court ultimately ruled that it would allow the Trump administration to proceed with deportations under the Alien Enemies Act, provided that individuals are given an opportunity to challenge their deportations on an individual basis.
Current Status: The case is still being litigated in lower courts, with a federal judge overseeing the contempt proceedings related to the deportations and an appeals court considering the due process requirements for deportation. Supreme Court Actions: The Supreme Court's decisions have been mixed, with some rulings temporarily halting deportations and others allowing them to proceed under certain conditions. The Court has sent the case back to lower courts for further review, and the situation remains in flux.
I don't see anything about something happening today. Maybe it hasn't popped yet but I looked at NYTimes, WSJ, Fox News and WaPost and NYPost, nothing. Of course maybe something will appear in three hours or something like that.' It seems like something new may happen in six months.

I hope Boasberg doesn’t overturn this one.

Yes, I've been quite consistent with dishonest MAGA content creators and NPCs like you and OP.

I went to google, but was 99% sure it was bullshite.
There 100% hasn't been oral arguments at the USSC yet.
IIRC, the 5th circuit rules against the admin in a 3-person panel and now it may go en banc. After that, it would go back to USSC for a determination on the merits.

This is historic.
This changes everything.
This was simply a 5-4 decision lifting a lower court's block on deportations. It was not a grant of broad wartime powers! It is a procedural ruling clearing way for case-by-case challenges to individual deportations, but disabling broad injunctions until the case arrives to SCOTUS.
Contrary to the OP, the razor-thin 5-4 decision to lift an injunction is not encouraging.

More litigation from smart stupid people while millions of subhuman 3rd worlders illegally occupy a sovereign nation.
But think of the social media engagement.

That means Tren de Aragua — now officially labeled an invasion force — can be rounded up and deported directly to El Salvador’s mega-prison.
frick me that we need SCOTUS to allow this to happen.

This decision was issued in April I think, not sure why it's being reported as current news. This seems to happen on Twitter on a weekly/monthly basis. The announcement of some huge SCOTUS decision that actually happened months ago.

Who else is going to interpret laws to define the outer authority of statutory granting of power to the Executive?
Did you feel the same way about the Biden Student Loan forgiveness case or his vaccine mandate case?
