Left-wingers are good at inventing scenarios that require authoritarian government to fix. They should be ashamed of convincing kids and gullible adults that doomsday is around the corner because of climate change, but that would require a conscience which they lack.

I'm 50 and it def. was the coolest it has ever been for May 30-31. 61 degrees and North wind almost felt cold down here in Lafayette, LA. I'm all for it, come on October !

Lmao. That is not how you measure changes in the climate.

That's pretty well-nigh impossible for a planet many people believe is only 5,781 years old.

Even if climate change is man made, then so what. What is the benefit of fighting it? What are the costs if we dont?

Beaches are packed on the Panhandle but hardly anyone is in the water. Apparently the water is too cold at 78 degrees.

Does that mean a less active than usual hurricane season? I'm OK with that after last year's disasters.

Of course it isn’t, well not anymore anyway because that “scientific fact” was a dozen or so goalpost moves ago. And you idiots believed it then because that’s what you do, you believe what you’re told to believe.
You’re probably one of those clowns that treat covid as if the end result is 100% death if someone gets it, despite the less than 1% chance of dying staring you in the face constantly. Why? Because you people refuse to research anything on your own and you can’t function without being told what to think. Born to follow, all of you.

I heard a new term.
Climate Emergency.
Climate Emergency.

Cherry picking the data for one weekend is a sign of superior intelligence.

Most of them are just ignorant or brainwashed by the constant stream of hysteria. A small number are the Marxist, screw them.

Increase hurricane activity is a lie. Hurricane numbers are fluctuating as they always have. To make it sound worse they site increase in 'named storms.'
We didn't name hurricanes 100 years ago. We didn't name storms (below hurricane level) 20 years ago. Hurricane predictions for the season always fall short. If they were accurate then they'd overestimate half the time and underestimate half the time.
Joe Bastardi is an excellent source on how weather people lie in forecasting this stuff.

As with most things that become politicized the answer is somewhere in the middle. Should we look for opportunities to lessen our negative impact on the environment when feasible? Yes
Are we going to destroy the whole world if we keep burning oil and coal? No

Earliest mercury thermometer was made in the 1700’s.
But we know the earth was much warmer pre industrial revolution by crops & animal migration, as well as other indicators.
The climate changes. Always has. We can’t alter that on a global scale.
