The company I work for has bank accounts in about 6 different countries. China being 1. You know why? Because we have operations in fricking China.

he was doing a business deal in CHY NAH way before he was President. He didn't like the deal so closed the local account.
China didn't pay him billions to be their bitch like the other politicians.
