Same. We get some interest rates declining and mortgage rates lowered so people can buy and sell houses again this country will be rolling. Inflation and gas prices keep going down people will feel like spending again and the future looking brighter Trump will be rolling in 2026.

Illegals will get Medicaid as vulnerable Republicans won’t cut it. Trump/MAGA will and right now are ramping up the deportation strategy. They will likely use the Medicaid info to pinpoint illegals, and that will drive Dems berserk.
I understand why that helicopter pilot Jake Barber- when supposedly hit with an Alien telepathic communication while picking up an alien ship- was overcome with both extreme sadness and wonder/joy at the same time. Life is so tragic, painful and beautifully bittersweet. Only the strongest can bear that vision. Albeit it’s coming soon…”in the clouds”.

Prices are way too high and people are not coming off of them. The interest rates would need to be lowered significantly which isn't happening. This housing market is stuck for the next decade.
