Because they stole it dumbass.. they didn’t go into the store.. fill out a form.. and get cleared.

Let’s not pretend that crazy people wouldn’t do crazy things if they didn’t have access to guns. NYC has some of the strictest gun laws in the country and the argument can be made that if a cc was there fewer people would have been harmed. Even if no guns existed at all, this guy would have used bombs, knives, acid or a number of other weapons to do the harm he wanted.
