The banks charged whatever interest they wanted. They earned their $50 million interest and never complained about it.

Once again, just do some reading my man.

From what I understand, the damages are based on profits that Trump Org have made through the loans that were fraudulently obtained, things like the extra interest that they stole from the bank that the bank would have charged them had they known that the loan was riskier than the documents revealed etc. etc.

Here you go, Aggie. Stay TF out of my convos next time and you wont have to worry about eating crow.

Has Ms James looked into anyone else? Does she intend to? If not, why not? Does the law only apply to Donald Trump or does it apply to everyone?

Obviously, the public does not know what other investigations are contemplated or already underway.

But 63(12) is an extremely powerful tool used by NY AGs to put unscrupulous companies out of business. It is usually used to protect against consumer fraud, but it can be used against business fraud as well.

Trump claims 63(12) is "never used", but it was used against him previously to shut down Trump University.

AG James has used 63(12) to shut down a number of businesses. An equipment leading company, a predatory lending company, and JUUL Labs, among others.

Michael Cohen's testimony to Congress about Trump's property valuation practices opened the door for James to use 63(12) against Trump, and issue suboeonae. I think she is unlikely to bring a case against other real estate moguls without similar inside information.

Should they find him guilty and he exhausts all appeals. Trump will be fined 250 million and Adams will have new housing for the Taco Benders ......

How knowledgeable are you on Florida real estate and property law? Just asking. The judge certainly does not appear to be at all.

Well it absolutely is, there’s no way not to see it, only deny it.
