I read an article a few years back saying his grandmother said he was born in Kenya. She was in Kenya, and in the room when he slithered out.
This Politifact article has a tape of his grandmother saying it through a translator, then walking it back. She speaks Swahili with a translator.

I prefer my presidents born and raised in the US rather than having a questionable birth location and spending their formative years in Indonesia.

Most of the people in the Hawaii dept that registers births recanted most of their "sworn" testimony to Obama's BC legitimacy.
I would also like to see BHO's college records to see if he registered as a foreign student. This is important these days since we have the college entrance fraud scandal. It would be interesting which side of the arguement he would take if he indeed registered as a foreigner at Columbia or Harvard in order to get admission.

Even if Obama was born in Kenya he was still eligible to be President. His mother was an American citizen.
Ted Cruz was eligible to be President and he was born in Canada to an American Citizen mother and a Cuban National father.

This is not completely true. It depends on the age of the mother and how long she was living outside the USA at the time of the birth.
