The difference is Trump carpet bombs. He hits the target but he causes a lot of collateral damage. This is a freaking Laser Guided Missile strike. Well thought out, very specific, and hits directly on the target. DeSantis is actually talking about how Biden should be involved with his daughter and recognize her, if anything it is supportive of the daughter.
So unless you think Suburban Moms are in favor of Grandad disavowing their cute little Granddaughters because their Dad is a cokehead I don't see how this hurts DeSantis with that crowd, it only shows he cares about family.
