74% Liberty Score from Conservative Review which doesn't seem promising but lately he has voted a lot with the America First group.

I guess we will see...

I don’t normally wear a mask but when I do it’s because I am at MD Anderson taking my wife for her cancer consultation appointment. Even then I get the stink-eye from not wearing it properly because I can’t breathe wearing a mask.

It’s just odd to see Democrats eagerly applaud anything from the R’s.

Why? What difference does it make?

God not existing is the first problem.
Also, we’re not a theocracy. We’re a republic with a mixed market economy (more socialism than capitalism).

Yep. Good day in D.C. And that is very rare.

And what do you know...the "chaos" of the past few weeks somehow wasn't life ending here on Earth as the MSM would have you believe.

We have a new speaker. Seems like a good man. And MSM cueing up the next big hysterical crisis as we speak:

"GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN INCOMING "

"UKRAINE MUST BE FUNDED 60 BILLION MORE"

"MIKE JOHNSON SAID THE WORD MAGA ONCE!"

Carry on.

This entire nation was formed by people who had never created a nation before.

Pretty sure he’s a big evangelical. Hope I’m wrong on that though.

He is but thats not a problem per se for me. The issue that I have with him in that regards is his opinion on separation of church and state.

"He referred to the "so-called separation of church and state" and said "the founders wanted to protect the church from an encroaching state, not the other way around."

"If anybody tries to convince you that your biblical beliefs or your religious viewpoint needs to separated from public affairs, you should politely remind them to review their history and you should not back down."

How did he get voted in if he’s a Conservative Christian? Interesting Vitter and the other didn’t.

Mike Johnson - "We're not going to have the big parties and celebrations that are normally scheduled after a new speaker takes office. We're going back inside to get to work"

and then proceeds to go back inside to work.

Any specific argument you want to offer as to how he’s wrong?
