The rogue voters should be pulled off committees if Jordan wins. They cannot be counted on with the majority being so tight

Did McCarthy promise shite to become Speaker?
Did he fulfill those promises?
Did he then dare Gaetz to remove him?

Yeah that's really going to teach the Dems a tough lesson as they get sworn in...
Whats the fricking difference.
There's only one party in Washedupton, we aint invited.

Just curious if those people on here that were cheering that McCarthy got outed are going to be happy with a Democrat speaker?
Just so you know, that’s not going to happen. It would be suicide for those that voted for Jefferies. And other members not voting Jordan would vote Jordan just to keep it from happening.
Second, the most likely “disaster” scenario has been that Dems cross over to elect a McCarthy type.
It’s a miracle imo that we actually have a chance with Jordan. And I think the McCarthyites are done.
So it’s going to be Jordan or a lesser known candidate.

Trump’s election as president as a “Republican” was the closest we’ll ever get to a 3rd party in power

Scalise withdraws, McCarthy ousted and they still received votes. The GOP is a collection of self-serving losers. Jordan should have been in at the outset.

What, exactly, didn't he do that it was necessary to throw the house into chaos?

didn't he not bring individual bills to the floor for votes and ended up with another 'omnibus' continuing resolution? <== the one thing that is bankrupting the nation?
that's the biggest 'not done' that I know of.

I think that's right. But I also don't think moving to normal budget procedures is a quick process and he had to deal with a govt shutdown immediately.

The other was releasing all the J6 footage and information IIRC.
Problems are that the footage has gotten slow walked while Pelosi’s sham committee destroyed all their info.
