Me saying that he won’t do it publicly speaks to his intelligence some knowing how to keep/string his audience along.

He said Kamala is bright and accomplished which is false. She is dumb as a fricking rock and attainting positional status, especially in politics, does not equal accomplishment.
He mentioned Trump's impeachments, civil suits, and "felony convictions" as if any of those things are legitimate and not politically motivated farces.
