This isn’t a “calmness” issue. Everything was “calm” in 1865, but you know what it wasn’t? Reconcilable. The north and south couldn’t reconcile on their differences, and we can’t now. We need a civil war to get this over with and the prog leftist communist filth needs to get the frick out of this country and move to North Korea if they want communism so badly

If war were to become necessary, it would not be primarily against these leftist, and anarchist useful idiots causing destruction out in the streets.
It would be against the ones fanning the flames of hatred and division in America, the prosecutors who release criminals while charging people defending self and property, the corrupt in the judiciary who favor payouts or coercion over just judgements, the media figures gaslighting the populace, the corporations who have sold the American Dream to the Chinese government, the politicians who choose self enrichment over the principles of America, the billionaires who play with Americans and others’ lives to suit their ideals of globalism, socialism, or communism, etc.
We must look beyond what we see on our little screens. It’s not what’s in plain sight, but it’s there for all to see if we’re willing.

This is a Political Board, um; given that War has been THE basis of 'politics' for the entire recorded history of Humanity...it is ludicrous to assume that all of a sudden...it's now off the table of rational discussion, or political options. 
Hell, I just heard that China's Navy is now bigger than ours; what a waste...building all that murderous firepower that they'll never use.
The Trump Adm. has essentially become 'Socialist'; spending/printing TRILLIONS to support the 'needy' in our citizenry...and beyond. IMO, it is insane for the Dems to push this Marxist Insurrection tactic to the degree that they are. Kinda like Saddam Hussein invading his Neighbors BEFORE he had his nukes. He jumped the gun, too impatient...and ended up swinging from a rope. And like the above Post points out...that is what will happen to a lot of people who are determined by the ultimate, 'civil war' winner...to be responsible for the societal carnage incurred from the "fundamental change" Revolution.
Bottom line: there is a thin line between "obsession"...and dedication. Both the historical record, Human psyche and rational/logical progression indicate that violent conflict is in our future. I hope and pray that it is the last one...as "The Fermi Paradox" Theory looms.

The left is doing all of the same things they did leading up to the Spanish Civil war. The the great missing factor is that Spain had an extremely stratified economy, but America's poor live better than most of the world's middle classes.

If there is a civil war it doesn't matter which side has the guns. It matters which side controls the military. Would the military get involved? You have seen the left's efforts to purge the military and put in "their" generals and now you are seeing them try and turn the military against Trump. That is why you continue to hear the left say they will use the military to remove Trump. The left will not have to fight anyone if the military will do it for them.
