The principal of the school and the school board members who covered up this criminal act must be charged and arrested also. They must serve time in prison. If this does not happen more serious acts of Justice may occur.

If the teenager is tried in juvenile court he can be kept in a juvenile facility until age 18. If his state has a juvenile sex offender registry he can be placed on that. In some states who have a juvenile registry only law enforcement has access to it.

The activist involved was a family friend who had been the supervising adult over this girl in some kind of group like Girl Scouts or something different.
She threw a girl she knew and mentored under the bus because the accusations undermined her personal politics.

This is why it is stupid to think ANY liberal is your "friend". They are not. They think you're a racist, sexist, etc etc. They would sell you out in a fricking second if it came between you and their personal politics.
Think about that family who went to Hawaii with a fake VAX card and got caught because someone from where they lived reported them.
Whoever reported them was someone they were stupid enough to let know what they were doing because they thought the person was their friend.

I don’t disagree.
I just point this out as an example for quite a LOT of people out there who deal with people who treat politics as a religion.
Anyone they consider a heretic or apostate is fair game in their eyes.

I live in LC... we were in the public schools till about a month before the Pandemic hit.. and a classmate threatened to kill my daughter on 4 separate occasions... with notes and written threats... LC did nothing... and when they did nothing we had to have my 9 year old (at the time) stand before a judge to get a restraining order... and when it was granted LCPS asked for it to be withdrawn.. then.. they said my daughter had to bus an hour to school or get expelled... it was great for us because it got us totally out of the public school system as we saw how just evil it is. See a pattern of behavior here? It's unreal...
