You misspelled “an anti-ICE agitator who was disrupting operations, resisting arrest, and had a gun with two extra magazines on him seen while resisting arrest”
You say two extra magazines like that is something unusual
Is disrupting operations an offense worthy of capital punishment?
is resisting arrest? or is having a gun?
I guess according to ICE having a gun is, because they shot him after they took away his gun.

I don’t think this happened.
Right about the time the girl was pushed into the snow.

What’s wrong with being armed?
Nothing wrong with being armed. But when an armed man tussles with LEOs you present yourself as an imminent threat.

He wasn’t really resisting.
We'll just have to have a 180 deg disagreement on this.

Who do they think they are, getting all mad that U.S. citizens are being killed in the streets by their own government?

It looks like a man was executed today in Minn
Do you really believe that?
For argument's sake, I'll say that it was a bad shooting - that the guy they were trying to arrest did not pose a credible lethal thread.
Do you believe the ICE officer(s) shot him because they're evil? Or do you think it may be that ICE made a tragic mistake?

would he or would he not still be alive if he’d stayed at home and minded his own business?
And these agents wouldn’t have executed someone most likely.
The man should have definitely stayed home.

His actions were no different than seeing a SWAT team on a scene doing their job and running up to them with a gun to interfere with their operations. Who the hell does that?

Their poorly trained and their directed to be aggressive that is a bad combination.

If the shooter was the same guy who was going hog wild with the mace beforehand, I’d say he’s probably got some power fantasies to work out.

Oh, no, it’s up there but nowhere near the dumbest. Go read some of the other threads.

He had his weapon taken and was shot in that position.
I’m not married to calling it an execution. We can call it whatever you want. What people think of as an execution seems to fit to me, though.

How? Because you leftist idiots view immigration enforcement as a political issue? That’s dumb fricking shite. You idiots made it political, not the other way around.
Laws are being enforced to clean up the mess people like you created, so fricking cry about it.

I think execution is a fair word for what played out today.

If you ignore the whole physically resisting with a gun on your waste part

When it is known that an individual is interfering with the arrest of a violent illegal criminal AND was armed AND is physically resisting arrest, it is justifiable.

I believe one can be executed with a pistol on their waist, especially in the back. Especially if an agent removes it.

Looked like he was trying to help the woman on the ground (not clear on this, drag her to safety?) was swarmed on, beaten, disarmed, and shot. With both his hands on the ground. That’s just what I see with my own eyes play out in the video.
I guess you can say he shouldn’t have been filming the agents beforehand with his phone, or shouldn’t have helped the women after being maced, but neither of those seem like reasons to deserve death.

I think "execution" rules out a mistake. An execution is purposeful, as in "I know this isn't warranted/justified, but I'm killing this guy anyway."

Dude had 4 people restraining him when he was shot, 6 ICE agents were involved 1 shot him after 1 took his gun, that ICE agent could have easily shot his own men.

You are absolutely correct. Need to relook LEO training that emphasizes taking charge of a situation by being aggressive and assertive, then using lethal force as the backup plan.

I think they used a growing list of unjustified reasons to shoot him, every one becoming more ridiculous.
I can list them if you are interested in that. I can’t even figure out when they tried to cuff him or ask him to put his hands up or anything. I’m not even sure what he was resisting. Standing and especially when they were on the ground. I actually can’t imagine anyone being less resistant in this situation. Watch the video.
