Israel is going after the people that fund the terrorist groups that attack them. It just happens to be Iran.
And if you have a country extremely hostile towards you, then you also would not want them to have a nuke.
If Iran and Israel had a history of being great allies they probably wouldn’t be bombing their nuclear sites and each other.
